DSA Property Group is a family owned business specializing in Real Estate Investments. Now in its 2nd generation, DSA Property Group focuses on value add investment opportunities in primary markets. DSA Property Group’s core business model is to buy properties in targeted neighborhoods, improve, reposition or rehabilitate those properties through their hands on approach, and then hold those properties for the long term.
DSA property Group is proud to have had a positive local impact in the various neighborhoods in which they participate. Those markets are primarily in New York City, but include upstate New York, Miami Beach Florida, and Jerusalem Israel.
In addition to its various property investments; DSA Property Group is the parent company of several Real Estate Service businesses; including DSA Management, DSA Realty Services, and DSA Development.
